We are associated with The University of Colorado Health Sciences Center, Denver, (U.S.A.). The blood sample will be tested at their research centre.

All the samples collected across cities in India will be sent to The University of Colorado at Denver and Health Sciences Center, Colorado USA. Dr. Stephen Goodman , Professor, Pediatrics / Cell and Developmental Biology and Head, Section of Clinical Genetics and Metabolism heads the Expanded Newborn Screening Program .

The lab at Health Sciences center is equipped with Perkin Elmer API2000 LC/MS/MS System. The staff processes over 15000 samples per year. The samples from India will be tested and with in 48 hours results will be emailed to the parents / physicians. If there is an abnormality the faculty and Physicians will be able to offer guidance related to corrective measures.
